Next Business-Day ShipmentsAfter we get your payment, we will ship the items purchased within the next business day. You will get tracking information through Ebay just as soon (if not a little before) your order has left our facilities. Orders coming in late Friday afternoon, from over the weekend or during a holiday will be shipped out on the next business day (Usually Monday Afternoon).
Signature Required All orders that are over $200 and shipped with UPS will require a direct signature.

Local PickupsMost items we list on Ebay are stored at our retail location in Coshocton, Ohio. If you live close to anyone of our retail locations within Ohio, you may ask to have the item transferred to your local Woodbury Outfitters where you can pick it up.
• To Pick Up Your Item Locally, Items Must Be Paid For Immediately and In-Store Pick-Up must be selected as the shippng option.
• If anything other than In-Store Pick-Up is selected, You Order Will Be Processed and Shipped! If order is shipped, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
• When picking up your item, please bring in a copy of your order
• All Orders must be claimed within 14 days.
InternationalConsidering the complexities of international shipping please contact us about the item you wish to have shipped and we will provide all the details prior to your purchase.
• Fees, Duties and/or Taxes may be assessed at the time of delivery.
TaxesOhio taxes are charged at the time of your order if your billing address is located within Ohio.
Combined Shipping We love when you buy multiple items from us. We do our best to combine multiple orders/auctions but, we need your help to get this done
• In order to receive combined shipping, items must end within 48 hours of each other.
• No more that 20 small items can be combined on one invoice. The size on the items is a contributing factor. All items must be able to fit within one package. Fragility of the items is taken into consideration.
• Please send a message through Ebay with subject line– RE: Combined Shipping on each item that requires a combined invoice
• A new invoice will be emailed to the email address associated wth the account. Please follow the link to make payment.
• Heavy or large dimensional items; alternate warehouse items and tree stands cannot be combined unfortunately.
• The highest shipping charge will be retained and every item after that will have the shipping charges reduced in half.
• Any additional shipping discounts which may be available, will be done after your new order total is assessed. Additional Discounts are not guaranteed.
• Please Be Aware: Once An Unpaid Item Case Is Open, We Can No Longer Combine Shipping.
Wrong-Item ShippedIf an item has been shipped to you, but wasn’t what was listed in the auction you won, please call and let us know. We will send you a shipping label so you won’t have to pay for return shipping. Please keep all original packaging in premium condition and do not open or use the item in anyway as this will change the terms of the refund. Once the item has been received and approved for return you will receive a full refund credited the same way it was paid.
Restocking Fee There is a 10% restocking fee on all voluntary returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
General Returns of Unwanted ItemsIf you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges both to and from your location and restocking fee). The item must be unopened, unassembled, unworn, or only tried on for fit/sizing. Packaging, external and internal must be complete and undamaged.
All returns must be pre-approved. Once approved, a Return Authorization Number will be giving. All returns require an RA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RA# it will be refused.
Original packaging must be free from damage and contain all original parts and packing materials
Items must be in un-opened, un-assembeled, and un-worn condition. (If you try on clothing, do not wear it outside).
You must pay for shipping on returned items. A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all voluntary returns.
Refunds will be processed by same method of payment within 7 days of receipt.
If the item is being returned for a exchange, the same information applies. Items must be in un-opened or un-assembeled, un-worn condition. (If you try on clothing or boots, do not wear them outside). When calling in for a RA# please let customer service know that you would to exchange the item and they will explain the invoicing process and let you know what the exchange fees will be.
